  • I'm back from the dead!

I've tried to run my own forum, have been too distressed due to failed friendships and some drama, spammers and etc. So here I am again, I like it here because it's letting me vent on about my health issues without anyone silencing me. Welcome me back guys! I've missed you lot! I'm recovered and had done a cerebral image scan to monitor on my neurological activities which had been way too high. I hadn't known how to pinpoint my discomforts to my generalist, so she had sent me to a brain institute to be seen by the right people. I'm fully recovered from my stress and anxiety symptoms and crisis and ready to partake in discussions on this forum! I have a big red pimple that hurts but I'm on my way to healing, so it's not phasing me in the slightest. I had fallen quite ill so yeah, had to be rushed to the neurology ER to scan my brain. So yeah. I had been through the mill lately. But I'm back and in good physical and better mental conditions than before thanks to my therapist, so yeah! Hi everyone, sup? Am also having a cold and stuff, but not bothering me at all either. I've learnt to be resilient and more patient with things in life. Working on these in therapy, so yeah, please meet the changed Naiwen everyone!

  • Welcome back, Naiwen!
I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.
Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

From a speech by Patrick Henry on March 23, 1775 at St. John's Church, Richmond, Virginia

Thanks JNS! Sup with you? I'm doing fairly ok.

      • Welcome home!

        • Welcome back, Naiwen! You've certainly gone through the mill. But it's good to have you back and here's to your improved health! I look forward to reading your posts and hope I can assist in any way I can.

Ah, I’ve never heard of an ethical vegetarian.

I haven’t eaten animal flesh since 2003 (at least not knowingly or intentionally). That’s...

There are a lot of "ethical veGETarians" that have no problem with the dairy farms...where cattle are treated really poorly. I am just pointing...

The ethical vegans don’t eat dairy for that reason. It’s interesting how they view things. I found out recently that some of them will eat eggs and...

P&C, I'm a fairly quiet person too. Not shy. People mistake that for many things, and misunderstand it all the time. I'm ok with that. I choose to...
