    Hello!

    Hello everyone! I am new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself. I am hoping to learn a lot from all of you as I am trying to gain motivation to get back to exercising regularly. I hope that I can also help others with questions or anything they need help with. I am happy to be here!

    Welcome to WH! Good luck with the exercise! I don't exercise much myself, to be honest. Still, I have done the odd yoga class and enjoy fun dancing. I have found, though, that I am good at dancing. I also enjoy regular walking. I have quite strong legs because of it.

    Anyhow, I look forward to reading your posts!
