It's interesting diet and exercise advice. There are so many dieting options available. Jane Plan is meant to be really good. Weight Watchers are likely to be the most popular choice of diet experts. For me, a diet has to include custard and Mars Bars. LOL.

it is a good diet plan. we should either enhance it with healthy fats diet. We can consume raw nuts, fish oil, olive oil or peanut butter with our healthy diet to stay fit.

Whether you're heading off to spin class, boot camp, or any other exercise, it's always important to hydrate so you can stay energized and have your best workout. Electrolyte-loaded athletic drinks, though, can be a source of unnecessary calories, so "drinking water is usually fine until you're exercising for more than one hour," says Newgent.

I also think exercising should be enjoyable and not just a chore or simply about losing weight. I played a friendly game of football last week and I had such fun! My legs got a good workout and the best thing is I didn't notice I was exercising. I love running and walking. I would also play more tennis in the summer. I am rather good at tennis and definitely would play a game if given the opportunity. Exercise should be fun not duty.
