  • BV cures?

i'm new to this site so sorry if I'm not doing this right! But I've had a problem with BV for about three years now. I was on antibiotics when I found out what it was but it was never cured. I tried home remedies but nothing seems to work.

im almost certain probiotics would work after reading multiple success stories but my issue is that I can't swallow pills!!

i really really want to be done with this problem of BV. I can't even live my life the way I used to without worrying about if there is an odor or discharge.

are there any liquid forms of probiotics that will help or maybe a specific diet I can follow? I just want my flora to get back on track so I can have the good bacteria back! Any feedback at all will be appreciated!

    thank you!

  • Organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar can be used. Drink it diluted in juice or water. You can also look for yogurt with probiotics bumped up. Some Greek yogurt I think, has better strains of probiotics.

Also, clean up your diet. No processed sugars or over processed grains. Stick with fruits and vegetables, legumes and other whole foods. Your pH may be off as well, and diet will help get things balanced also.
