cw i thought about your post a little more and have to say that there are two sides to every coin.

yes there are many men out there just looking for sex, and a large percentage of women who give themselves during intimacy, it means so much more to them.

but on the other side of the coin, there are many women who use sex to get what they want or for control. take a look at women gold diggers, or look at the women who "trap" a man especially if the man can offer security or status. there are many women who play that game especially the social climbers and those in well to do areas. there are many women who take care of themselves physically to attract a man, and once they have them, can control them through sex esp. since men can be captivated by it.

take a look at the younger women who uses her looks to "get" an older wealthier man. sex for some women is a tool since sometimes thats all they can offer.

I think i was merely saying that women as emotional creatures, once she has had sex with a man/boy tends to automatically claim that person as "theirs", whereas, if they simply got to know the guy first, then had sex, it would be more realistic of what a relationship could be with that person. Often, leading them to just be friends, in doing so, because they can clearly see that they would clash...

I think that too many women jump in bed, say he's the one, yet see all these signs showing he's not but because they were intimate, there is a bond and they can't see those signs clearly or don't want to... they are lonely people, that need someone in their life, instead of the person in their life.

I totally agree, that Women in general have all the power, and so, the ones whom have an agenda certainly look for the man that will provide all that they want, but they are conieving women, who have no morals lets face it.

On the other coin, there are several women and I think more so out there that only purely want to give love and be loved back and don't care for material things.

It's people in general 50/50 of which person they are.

Men are no different, in as much as some sincerely want to meet a woman that is like-minded in values, thoughts but are their own person and that they lust and love and be happy in life, regardless of what she owns, does and some men want to use woman purely for sex, or until that "virgin" comes along.

There really isn't a difference, as they have their own agenda as well.

Is it stronger in the woman's department of using for gain?

I think we can choose more men, than you men can choose between women anywhere in the World, but the word is choice.

The woman wanting a proper relationship will choose not to sleep around and wait, as will a man, with morals and respect and knowledge that he/she is out there..

I am a great believe of when your not looking it will happen as being the best ever, as apposed to looking, because when you look, you have tunnel vision, as you really are lonely and just want someone in your life.

Keeping to the thread, FWB, is very difficult as I said to then turn it into a relationship...
