LOL. Conversations only go on like that if parents aren't consistant. If you know that when your mother says no, that's it, there won't be a protracted discussion. There are three answers; yes, no, and I'll think about it. They have to be consistant.

When she was this age, I would frequently find myself laughing when my daughter started in. I would appologize to her and explain that I said the same thing almost word for word to my mother once. She might act a little miffed but I think it helped her to know that I remembered having the same feelings.

I have given everything to my daughter starting at a young age. Most have said I spoil her but I never saw it until now.Over the past two years my wife and I have some problems in our marriage in which she seemed to turn my little girl against me.Now that she is 15 now,I have explained that none of it is her fault but now she tries to play us against eachother to get what she wants, and when I say NO all breaks loose.I love my baby more than anyhting but now she starting to cause more problems wit my wife and I.She want to go live with her sister, and part of me says fine but the other part says I can't let her go.I can relate to your problem,I just don't know what to do either.i take her to concelling and talk to her everyday but am still at a loss will someone give me some more ideas, she is my only child even though I have three step girls.

isn't it? Makes me wonder why anyone ever wanted to have kids. It does get better however. Right around 22 you no longer want to strangle them on a daily basis now it's only once a week.
My very best advice.............Make sure they stay on birth control.
