and i told him this is the most hurt i have ever been - and he told me to F OFF
This is what you need to understand, he doesn't CARE if he hurts you, because he knows that no matter how hurt you say you are, you're going to come crawling back. So it's like the little boy who cried wolf. After a while, no one listened to him anymore when he cried wolf and then finally one day he cried wolf, no one listened, and the wolf ate him. Get my drift? Maybe you've said , "I'm hurt" "I'm so hurt" "I'm more hurt than I've ever been" but each and every time, you go back for more, and he knows it......so now when he hears "I'm SO hurt!!!", he's laughing to himself saying "here we go again".

He has no respect for you.

You're not happy, else you wouldn't be "moaning at small things".

So try to answer my original question.......why is it that you're with him?

Because we have such fun together and when things are good they are really good and he makes me happy - but when we argue it goes downhill from there. imjust a very sensitve person and i hurt easily, now before it was the other way round he did - but i gave him a lot of love, reassurance and made him not hurt again ... now when i hurt he dont seeem to care and i dont get it cos thats just not him.

so your advice is to avoid all contact then?

If the last thing he said to me was "F Off", then you better believe he wouldn't hear another word from me. That's self respect sweetie. It's bad enough if he has no respect for you, but it's much much worse when you have none for yourself. I went back and read some of your other posts, and I can tell you're really scared of losing him, but you also have to remember that when you and your last bf who was a "waste of space" as you put it, broke up, you were an emotional wreck. You were scared of losing him too. The common thread here is that you're living in fear of rejection, and your fear of rejection and not being loved is overriding your good judgement and your self respect. But what happened the last time? You picked yourself back up, and moved on....and you would this time too. Being overly clingy, needy, insecure etc will never make a healthy relationship. You mention in another post how he's "prince charming", but then in another post talk about how every time he tries to break up with you you talk him out of it. So if he's really prince charming, then why's he trying to break up with you, and why's he telling you to F OFF? Maybe it's time to be single for a long while, get to know yourself better, establish some self respect, self esteem, and learn to love you before you try to love anyone else.

So no, I wouldn't contact him, not in any way shape or form. And if he contacted me, I'd make it very clear that no matter what happens, I wouldn't be talked to like a dog,I wouldn't be cursed at, yelled at or belittled. And then I'd pick up the pieces and try to move on with my life.

I think you're both better off without one another. I wouldn't contact him.

Seems to me that if that was what he really meant then he'd just say he needed some space not F ....
There is a method to my madness ........ I just haven't found it yet.

I have to weigh in on this. If you need space, then you say you need space, you need some time to yourself, you need a break, a timeout. Telling someone to F-off is insulting and rude.

Ever read A. Clarke's Robot series? He has a short story where a robot disappears - they aren't supposed to do that, but they are programmed to do what they are told (you've been programmed too- to keep coming back for more). Turns out it was doing what it was told to do, someone told it to get lost. This is one case where emulating SciFi would be a good idea. Do exactly what he said, as far as he is concerned. F-off. No contact from you or accepting ANY from him. He no longer exisits in your world. If you run into him somepalce and he approaches you and wants to know ???? Tell Him to F-off. That's ALL you have to say.
                Finished.
                Done.

I am with the ladies on this one...I'd talk with him again when the flying pigs reported that h*ll had frozen over.
