You could visit a doctor to determine if your hymen is intact. If it is, he won't be uncertain and you won't have to worry about that. However, since you have been fingering yourself for a long time, it is logical to conclude that you may want to continue that activity after you are married. How you introduce your new husband to that concept and his openness to it will be much more important.
I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.
    ...
Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

From a speech by Patrick Henry on March 23, 1775 at St. John's Church, Richmond, Virginia

By 29, chances are, even if you haven't had sex, your hymen would already be broken. He will not be able to tell if you are a virgin or not by you simply fingering yourself.

However, I'm assuming, that in your culture a key indicator of virginity is bleeding. So, I think it depends on whether your new husband knows that, if you don't bleed, it doesn't mean you still are not a virgin. It's important for him to understand that your hymen could very well already be broke and not from sex.

Horseback riding, bike riding, falls, etc., those are all things that can break a hymen.

        I agree with everything.
