    constant connection

with Internet, cell phones, texting etc and the constant access to others
has this interfered or helped with your relationship to your husband or SO or other family members?

it seems access takes away from immediate connection with those right in front of you (sometimes)

It's a double edged sword. There are big benefits to the resourceful connections we have at our fingertips. But then there are times I feel like a prisoner to it. Between work (phone, email and chat) and personal life (text, social media, etc), the connection to EVERYTHING seems continual and sometimes tiring. I do not believe it has negatively affected any of my relationships, but I will say it's wonderful from time to time to go somewhere where you HAVE to disconnect for a few days.

Oh, and in general, I think we all pay less attention to each other because we're rarely ever giving any one thing our complete attention.
