Iud
In MArch of 2006, I decided to put in the IUD. The doctor told me after using the IUD I will have a heavier Cycle. But what, I am worried about is that in between my cycle I am having a yellowish clear discharge. Is this normal? -
Women's discharge changes color, texture, and flow as they go through their cycles. It varies from clear and thin, thick and white/grey, to thick and slightly yellow. It's all very normal. You should not be alarmed unless it smells bad or you get other symptoms such as itching or irritation down there. Taking the new birth control will effect your discharge so don't worry about it. -

I have had my IUD for 2 years now. I have the same discharge deal. I think I had it before also, but I don't know. Prior to my IUD I was on the pill for a number of years. Then we had our daughter, & I got it right after her. I got very used to that nice, predictable, cramp free, light period. I thought woman who complained about their terrible periods where being whiney. Hahahahahahaha. Holy moly, it's dreadful. Do you find it's much heavier now, with an IUD, than without it?Comment
