    Help in here!

To answer your question, you calculate your next due date by counting the first day of your last menstrual cycle up to and and including the day before your next period. So, to figure out when your period should be due you check the cycle before the last one, and calculate how many days it was and then, count that numbers of days since your most recent period.

    Good Luck!

The average menstural cycle is 28 days, and can vary from person to person. A variance in one month is nothing to worry about. If you are worried about pregnancy, then invest in an EPT test. These are extremely accurate. If it comes up negative and you still have lingering thoughts, wait a few days and take another. These can be taken as soon as 4 days before your period, and it is calculated from the first day of mensturation.
