    Severe vaginal stinging/itching, Please help!!!!!

For the past two years I have been experiencing VERY severe vaginal stinging and itching. I have gone to numerous doctors and they all say there is nothing wrong with me. I cannot sleep through the night, I can't sit still at work to concentrate, it's ruining every aspect of my life. The doctors tested me for yeast, nothing abnormal. I have tried everything from switching everything I use to non scent/dye/etc, cotton panties, everything.

I had no other symptoms other than severe stinging and itching until recently I have been getting very thick, clumpy (looks like little pieces of wet toilet paper), white discharge with no odor.

Honestly I can live with the discharge at this point but I can't take the stinging and itching anymore. If I have to spend another night on the bathroom floor crying I think I am going to lose my sanity.

Any help would be appreciated. I have an appointment to see a gyno but it's not until Oct 5th, too long to wait this out.

I know this works for the itching from a yeast infection, not sure if it would work for you as well but an ice pack or taking a cool bath seems to help the itching/stinging sensation subside a little bit.

If you've been tested for everything and don't have any type of infections etc expect your gyno to tell you that you have vulvodynia, which basically means "pain in the vulva" and they don't know why. They treat it with medication to reduce the painful sensations, avoiding all irritants which you already seem to be doing and often advise pelvic floor retraining.
