    Good for you. An engagement and impending wedding is a huge financial obligation for a man these days. With these overpriced wedding vendors, I don't know how people do it.

    Another thing to note...I did extensive research on diamonds before I bought my fiance's ring. I wanted to make sure that I was making a good investment as well as purchasing and outstanding gift. So i ended up purchasing an investment grade diamond which wasn't cheap. If you do research yourself, you will see just how expensive a good diamond is. My fiance was mind boggled at the prices.
