I always chuckle at this sort of thing. When I was younger, much younger, I thought as people got older and more mature, they outgrew all that. We don't - not at all. We may have a lot more experience, what we are looking for may be different but the feeling are all still there!Comment

i know its quite funny, sometimes my sweetie looks at me and i blush and get tongue-tied, i am a 45 year old woman, he is 50 but we still rock each others world. it similar to being 18 but in many ways so much better!Comment

I texted him about the Unit, ..........no reply
A week and a bit later,
"Hey there, sorry, been away and no phone" ahha... lol.
"Still interested in the unit P"..
For goodness sake....
Cut a long story short, sent a text back (real) advising I have a buyer let's talk ...
No call.
Texted, not sure if you got my text but I have an offer coming in tell me when best to call you as I know your busy.
He rang said it might cut out, he's in a lift.
He rang back, so i said " so is this where i say, first floor, ladies underwear?", lol, can't help myself. he laughed.
Cut a long story short.... I acted professional from there, business.
Gave him the heads up.
Suggested I would give him 6 years history on the area and another he was looking at and did.
Rang him at 5.30 and said, well I have $385 (asking price) established he didn't get my email, I didn't get his haha... true.
Talked for 1hr, till I said, have to go a girl has to eat... if i feel up to it I'll research the rest tomorrow and let you know... Talk tomorrow.
Cool huh.
In amongst that , comments were made by him, yeah I know all over the place but I am allowed to change my mind.
In amongst that, you offer me a coffee now or $1000, or maybe I owe you one cause I have the buyer and I save $3k, we laughted but he agreed.
CW has a second date.
Lesson? Don't call them let them wonder why? And let fate take it's course.....
Man it felt good that I was the one to hang up...
