How Do i Make Him Feel Good ?

Me And My Boyfriend have been together for 8 months now and we love each other alot. The problem is that i often get frustrated and loose my temper fast, but he keeps his patience with me knowing im not the most patient. I wanna know how can i make him feel happy and give him butterflies in his stomach every once and a while. Any ideas ?

Yeah, get over getting frustrated and losing your temper so easily. Seriously! There are all sorts of anger management, rage control and other things you can do/learn to control your frustration and anger.

If I were you, and I were serious about changing it, I would seek the help of a professional and work on it...really hard until you've learned to control yourself.

"...make him feel happy and give him butterflies..." Do what's necessary, with the help of a professional, to learn to control your anger. Not only will you feel better about you (most important) but he will feel better about your relationship and being a part of it.

Patient, tolerant people eventually give up on being that way when the behavior(s) they are tolerating don't change.

    Think about it.

Hi Nikki, welcome to the Forum

You have different personalities, he's patient you are not...

Temper can come from being rebelious and/or the need to be heard.. Seems he listens...

Work out what your past has done to make you defend, rebel, get angry.... I would interperate your post as you are young and let that go...See you are with someone that has patience so it's okay this time.

People want to know they are loved not by words persay, only...

You can say did anyone tell you, you have beautiful eyes? Or, you make me so happy.... But always follow through with that smile, and that hug and mean it.

And maybe tell him, you have zero tollerance, hereditory or past, but you are working on it and he's important in your life, you love him...

      As for the anger?

One, two, three....about to speak, no, wait, one, two, three..hold...... discuss
