What do you think those so called skinning gorgeous women attract? A guy that looks at them on the outside, like a handbag to show off with and a guy that looks at them on the outside, and thinks sexual thoughts, I bet that it takes months for those guys to get to know them, these women and I bet they don't care about their emotions very much.
Those that have the beauty on the inside with alot of love to give, often don't actually look in the mirror because if they did they would see the beauty on the outside as well... You don't want to be false, you want to be who you are and love that about yourself.
Like JNS suggests, you are viewing it all the wrong way, stop looking at the outside of these girls as they walk past with a guy, look at how beautiful you are inside and out and start going to places that you enjoy, hobbies, classes, beaches, places that if you walked by a guy there, he would have some common ground because he is there to.
Always walk with a smile, you see someone give them your smile and watch that they don't give you one back every time
