Not sure I understand what you mean by, "they do have a pass"? How do you know that she has gained access to his online cell phone account? He can contact the cell provider and request a higher security (second password) on the account. Make sure you are using passwords or security questions that aren't easily figured out. Just because the question is for example. mother's maiden name, doesn't mean you can put a completely unrelated answer or go back a couple generations.

You state that you resolved your issues and she's done stuff like this before. Instead of confronting him, which says you believe her, why not just tell him. "Can you believe it? She's at it again"? Be allies with each other instead of turning on him assumming she is telling the truth?
