How can I start another chat? and what talking about?
-
Hey,
Simple try to figure out her interests/likes and dislikes so that you can talk over something. At times you can even judge a person from her clothes. If she wears make up that means she is concerned about her beauty, in that case apprecaite her in a nice way. What color she often wears will tell you her choice whic generally realtes to a persons nature. If she wears white, she beleives in peace/purity/calmness/serious talks. If she prefers red, she would be for sure short tempered, bit arrogant. If it is for black she needs attention and to stand out, in that case give her the feeling that she is really best and there is something good about her. Whenever she is with you, make her feel special and give her that extra treatment. Actions speaks louder than words. -
Get her to talk about her thoughts and feelings about the things you're talking about... that will help to make a personal connection. Share some personal stories with her - and ask if she's had similar experiences.... stuff like that. Show that you care about her personally.
But also remember that she may keep it superficial because she works for your family's company - she may not want to say anything that could be used against her later on.Comment
