      hi...

i am sorry to hear that both people who you thought truly cared about you... backstabbed you like that. you don't need people like that in your life. i have to agree with everyone else. you're better than that. spend some time alone and reflect on how you can better yourself and learn from the situation. IF he tries to contact you in any way just ignore it. tell yourself that people who truly care about you and love you don't hurt you or bring you down from growth. i know it's harder than it seems and sometimes you don't want to leave the house or get out of bed. but i promise you; it WILL get easier. it takes time.

good luck and i hope you can be strong and pull through in a time like this.

ps. you don't loose friends you loose people who know your name.

Even though it hurts you have to pick yourself up and show that you have moved on. That hurts a guy the most. Karma will get him in the end. For the mean time focus on you. When he see's you have a smile on your face even if you want to cry inside, soon that smile will be permanent. Don't be friends with this guy because he will eventually try to get back in or get benefits from you.

I understand how it feels to be betrayed by two important persons in your life.
To move on, just look at the other side of the coin; on the brighter side of the situation. Yes, there is the bright side. If it didn't happen, you wouldn't know what's behind their mask. Spend more time with your self and with "real people". Be brave and optimistic.

It usually takes time before you get to the point that you can comfortably be friends. SOmetimes a long time.

Finding new interests and activities is a huge help!
Im sorry for the way you were treated , and i agree with the post (above) i know we all deal with it differently and i had that after 5 years and i did what all these ladies are telling you, personally i did some charity work which i still do i also started a gym membership for days i felt like instead of brooding get out and get a sweat on, and just tried to hang with good people and meet new friends, trust me it does work also a lil bit of a song that also made me smile and strong "I got along without ya before i met ya" from gloria gaynors song.... also if he can do that to you and shes such a cheap friend you will find noone will trust her near their man and there relationship is one based on lies and deciet cant last unless its unhealthy. good luck hun xxx ur better shot of em both xxx kate
