work stress
What do you do if you think your married male supervisor is cheating with a female co worker? I wont get into long boring details but I have solid proof. I am angry because I think she is getting special treatment. Also i dont believe she likes other women in general including me. If she can I think she gets the supervisor to make all the decisions just to suit her and no one else.I believe she manipulates men to get what she wants. I am so disgusted because my boss is married with 3 kids and a wife that sings in a church choir. She already ruined one co workers marriage and put his ex wife on the psychiatric unit with a nervous breakdown. How do I deal with this? I cant even look at either one of them. Do I try and find another job or what? -
Yes Maggie... get another job because we can't change what happens in life... Usually affairs are for a reason and I would say that his wife, is also a woman who believes in non sexual communication, that being the intimate way of sex and so he is not like that.
It's not your business and you can't be offended, or sick or anything... It's their decision and there is always a reason.. One of which you will never know.
She obviously knows how to give a man what he misses and she's not necessarily a good girl, or nice, she takes in life... What comes around goes around.
Either understand that it happens in life and let it go and be in peace with yourself for whom you are and glad you are not doing this, or walk and find another job but don't create pain for his wife...
It's not worth it, she will find in her own way, where things are at, and they can decide for themselves if they can save it or, time to move on.
It's seriously just called Life.. And, life is never easy.
You can not judge other people.
As, you cannot live their lives.
You can not see inside their heads.
And, you can not take it on your shoulders...
You HAVE to look at it and feel sorry for them both and smile in the knowing that, that is not the person you are and just continue to get to know you.

You are so right. I am glad its not me in that situation. And yes it happened for whatever reason and I will never know. I am going to mind my own business. I am not really upset about it, the whole thing just shocked me. they will have to deal with the consequences whatever that may be. Thanks again.Comment

you can either:
say nothing. stay in your job, just keep your head down and ignore it.
say nothing. leave your job and find another. but be aware that you may find a similar situation (or worse) in a different job.
say something to your male supervisor, giving yourself a 'clear conscience' about it - but be aware that you risk negative repercussions in your workplace, or atleast a bad atmosphere.
say something to your female co worker. but again, this could have a bad effect on your working environment."Life’s a game but its not fair

So I keep doing my own thing

Almost there don’t give up now"Comment

Don't comment on anything that doesn't have to do with the job. You are there to work, not as a moral judge or social director. Stay aware that these are people who have poor judgement - in at least one area and that they could take far reaching action to do what they see as protecting themselves. So watch your back, keep some distance and mind your Ps and Qs.Comment
