should i be concerned??
i am currently 29 weeks pregnant, and have had a pretty awful pregnancy, havin recently moved to our own place with the bf of 2 yrs, he has become quite distant. we used to share many cuddles these are very few n far between since moving in 2gether.infact most of the time i have to ask for them, as for the bedroom this seems 2 be becoming much the same way. i am experiancing difficultys with my body changin shape n size as it is this we have discussed, i even convinced myself that i must repulse him with my pregnant belly the other evening..when i tried to talk with him about it, he told me he loved my prenant round belly...i know we have all kinds of emotions going on durin pregnancy, but i have never experianced this,(this is first time)ive always been pretty confident about myself, can any1 advice me how to stop feeling like this....i seem to be needing the closeness we once had more than ever at the mo...and the cuddles.....

There's alot of adjusting that needs to be done, everything really has changed. Your now living together which is new, your pregant which is new and you have to start laughing again and smiling as well.
He may feel overwhelmed at such a drastic change of life style whilst still in love with you and looking forward to the baby coming. But, it doesn't mean that it's not hard adjusting.
Try to just go back to where you were before you were pregnant and not make it feel like married life, rather the girlfriend and boyfriend that you were before hand.
Can, you bring out a photo albulm and sit and laugh about things that you guys went through for instance.
Can, you also just hug him and say pfttt, what? and smile and just say bloody hormones..
I think that may be your key... He may feel more relaxed. It's just as hard for a male you know, to work out how to act and be around his pregnant partner, as it is for you to be pregnant.
Congratulations by the way~~~~~~~

Those pregnancy hormones are something else, huh? It seems like there is a lifetime of thoughts and emotions that you go through in those 9 months.
Going through other changes outside the body is difficult to deal with too. Just continue to explain to him what you are feeling, a lot of guys are very responsive to their pregnant wife's delicate emotions during pregnancy. He loves your pregnant body, but may also be a little tentative around it. Have him talk to the baby with you, play with the baby when you have a foot or elbow poking out. And like WC said, don't be afraid to be sexy, flaunt that pregnant belly!Comment

Just be honest. So long as you put it to him nicely and explain how you feel, I'm sure that he'd love to help you out. I think this whole situation is affecting the both of you, its a major starting point of a new chapter for the both of you. As long as you deal with it together, you should be fine! =)One can never get too much lovin'
