    I think it's a very plausible conclusion.

    The man will probably be more advanced in his career and his life in general. And will probably have reached a level of maturity that will allow him to more readily manage a committed relationship and provide for a family.

    I also think reality will have set in that he won't live forever. And his testosterone levels may have started to level off, so he doesn't feel the need to sow his oats everywhere anymore.

    I think his possible mates will be able to detect this, and will make him desirable among his younger peers.
