It really probably is better to just part ways. If you're friends, then remain friends, but don't live together. You sound pretty darn close to losing your mind, haha.

I know in my situation, in retrospect, I should have moved out WAY sooner than I did. And everyone else here who knows the whole story, said the exact same thing
