Text in facebook, email, web can be very deceptive. When we talk face to face we can see the expressions, hear the tone, react to the other person. When you communicate by text all those clues are gone - sometimes serious comments are taken as jokes, and jokes as serious comments.

I wouldn't worry about this incident - you probably just misread each other's tones.

There may of course be things to worry about in the relationship.

I think that given the stress going on in your relationship right now you are jumping at shadows. That comment could be taken a few ways, and most of them are either comical or sarcastic. Given the state of your relationship at this point, I would recommned putting little stock in what you read and say online, as the other suggested.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their help. It is nice to talk to people who are not family or connected to our drama in any way. This has helped me see the reasons for my husbands indifferent approach and his distant behavior. I am so thankful to have found this site. Thanks again, Luvtheoneurwith.
