So your going from one cheater to another.

Take time out... and think on this one.
I understand why you think the new girl is also "cheating" but believe me, I've thought about that too. I said to myself, "Who's to say that's not going to be me some day?" But she has legitimate reasons for being that way. Her boyfriend has pretty much said, I have other girls I am interested in, I think we should break up soon. He doesn't call her, barely texts her. He'd doing this to himself. And this was all before she told me what she thinks of me.

I know it seems like an emotional rollercoaster, and that I'm on the rebound instantly; but I'm not. I'm not going to rush into a new relationship after what just happened; I need some time to think about things. It's just very nice to know that there's a beautiful, sweet girl waiting for me when I'm finally ready.

      Agree.
What is the rush anyways ?
I mean if she said she cares about you, and you care about her, then wait a little while, hang out and stuff, don't make it offical.
If after a while feelings are still there, then go for it.
ONLY IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU CARE ABOUT HER STRONGLY ENOUGH.
Truthfully as you and her Ex are friends, its going to be akward.
I mean imagen your friend dating your ex?
I don't think there is that many people that are ok with their friend dating their EX.
i just think the only reason you should go and date her, is if you care about her strongly!

Because lets say you start dating now, everyone finds out, you friends act weird with you, after a little while you break up.. what will you do then ? you think you're friends wil be that forgiving ?
