    girls who flirt

hello everyone...I would like feedback on something..I am married many years....I love my husband, he loves me...what I have noticed as we get older, is the number of young and pretty girls who blatantly and openly flirt with my husband....there is no fear that they will steal him away, no fear that he will be unfaithful.... my question is.....as a woman, how do I "handle" these moments....how do I handle the flirtations. To my husband's credit, he does nothing to encourage them...and makes it clear to them that I am his partner for life....but....I must stand there and watch as a much younger woman flaunts her stuff and hints at what he's obviously missing, because he is a man who is faithful to his wife.....what would you do?

You are being insulted by these females.
You have to practise this so it will work.

I don't know your style of speech, but
    tailor this to fit.

    Smile your best smile at the female and say;
"Look dear, a little ***** wants to give you
    a blow job."

Keep smiling all the way through.
    It works.

I usually give girls dirty looks if they try looking at my b/f but most of the time i just laugh bc i know he's mine and isnt going anywhere! We both are in the rest. business so we kinda have to be out a lil and flirt with our guest! it acutally very entertaining...

Thanks to all who replied, I sincerely appreciate your advice and insight.
I know that I am a strong woman (I like to think so anyway)...I am successful in my career, have 4 great kids who respect me and love me, have a great husband, I look after myself, I work hard.... I have never had feelings of insecurity until lately, and I am not sure why. I have been trying to find discussions and things to compare to, but not finding much in print. I suddenly feel old and replaceable, suddenly, there are women everywhere who are extremely young and fit and happy and available...... which is quite ridiculous, I'm very sure young and beautiful women have always been around me and my husband, but lately it seems they are everywhere and even more beautiful than ever. I am amazed at their brazen confidence, I have been at functions with my husband, where we have been approached by a young female collegue (the same age as our daughter), who approaches us and speaks only to him, she talks quickly and confidently, and mentions casually how she is going crazy at home alone trying to figure out how to decorate her hew condo. He will bring me into the conversation at once, "you havent met my wife yet have you?", whereupon she will quickly nod at me and leave. I fight feelings of anger and jealousy, and feel bitter towards my husband, and why? He has done nothing wrong......I have done nothing wrong....except get older. Why do men have "the edge" with getting older.....an older woman? they remind everyone of their Mom or Grandma....
I smiled so much at Kaylar's comment about saying "look dear - the ***** wants to give you a blowjob". Yes, that would DEFINITELY get her attention and my husbands... He might never recover from that one, he would also think I had lost my mind completely.....but it might be better than the feelings of .....I must be invisible and so completely unimportant, that I'd like to sink into oblivion....

I've noticed that this new generation has probably
started sex far too young, and has a very low self
image. They see themselves as Sex Objects and
constantly need to get male approval to feel good
            about themselves.

Because they 'know' they are trash they want to
'prove' they are 'just as good' as other women.
They come off to a husband in the presence of
his wife as if some competition is being run.

Intelligent men think...(Whoa, why is this ****
coming on to me with my wife standing right next
to me?) and end the conversation.

But there are stupid men who actually think the
gal is interested in them...she isn't. She is comparing
herself to the wife and thinking..."I bet I can hold
his attention better than his wife can!"

I'll never forget some years ago my husband and I
were at a function and my husband was so not
interested in this female, and he was giving me
this 'Help!" signal. As I made my way across
the room, the gal actually opened her blouse
to show her breasts, and I came up and she
got really jumpy, and we laughed at her, and
            she raced away.

The thing is, if a man can be made aware of
his 'use' as a 'thermometer' or whatever one
would name it, he knows how to make sure
that the female feels so badly she doesn't
            try it again.

              advice?

Thank you for your responses...all of your comments are so true. I'm asking now for some hints for an upcoming weekend fundraiser we are attending. A work function....people from my husbands firm... a night to show up and look nice and smile alot. I am very tempted to have one too many drinks....but that isn't me. I am tempted to dress a bit risque....but that isn't me...I am tempted to show up with an attitude, but I never do. I feel like I am nearing a threshhold...either I will smile nicely and make everyone happy, or I will show my true feelings, and then no one will be happy. Its so ridiculous...
please help....why cant I let this go...

I realize these are old posts. But I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that is enduring this type of situation. It sucks!
