Learn something productive/positive from the mistake you've made and move on.

Why are you feeling the way that you do? That's your conscience reminding you not to do it again.

It's done, it's over, no harm, no foul. Time to let it go and move on.

Yeah lizzardb63 it just wasn't your thing. It's not my thing either and I am a guy. My wife has gone with her friends and she likes it. They go every other year or so. So, like you, I figured I'd give it a go. I felt sooo bad, like I was cheating or something. I came to the conclusion it's just not for me. My wife still goes, and it does kinda bother me. I just don't say anything to her. I really believe she feels differently about it than I do, like it is cheating. I guess the main thing is that I trust her. So don't feel bad, you did nothing wrong.
I am happy because I am content with who I am. My wife is not responsible for my happiness, she enhances my happiness because she is so good to me.

I felt the same way you did. I am glad I am not the only one
