Another victim to "I need time (space)" line...

I'm really looking forward to what others woman may think or could give me as advices on my current romantic situation...I'm 24 and I was living with my BF since january07, he just broke up with me and ask me to move out, find an appartment, go to my parent's house until i can move out...Even though he's said it's over, He told me that he's confused, doesn't know if he still love me or not and all and told me that "I need some time, Let's see where we are in automn (at the end of the summer)" He also told me that he still wants me in his life..without precising in which way. I've moved out of his appartment on may 11 and been at my parent's house since...I talked to him only briefly on the 20th and still there no clearing on his "confusion" ..I didn't get much information about what might happens in the future either... I guess i know I should just give him all the time he want, not call him at all, wait until HE makes the move...Put what do you think..? Is there still hope he might come back? Or should I put a X on this relationship for good?

    Thanks in advance

    You are not a victim

You are still very young and so is he. Guys at that age seem to be less likely to settle down. There could be many reasons he is confused. The advice I would give would be to keep busy, hang out with girlfriends and just enjoy being young. Relationships are so tough and if you occupy your time it won't be on your mind as much. It may also help you grow and change how you feel about a steady, live-in relationship. Like you said, give him some space, if he decides he would like to give it another try and YOU are too, then see where it goes from there. Just because it doesn't work with this guy, doesn't mean that you won't find one that it will.

      Move On

Forget him. He is prob. involved with another woman
at this time. He needed you to leave, but wants to
keep you on the shelf in case the new gal doesn't
      work out.

There is no future in this relationship.

As a follow up to my question..thanks for you answer. I'm 24 but my boyfriend is 29...I might seem cliche but i know what I want and i'm ready for committment / relationship..I'm worked a lot on myself the past few years...even thought it might have been to soon to move in with him, I can consider that...I still think us as a couple could have work...Can you really trust someone after they broke your heart once and showed you that they can be so quickly to change their minds?..If I take him back in the future (like in a few months)..would I'll be always waiting for the other shoe to drop ??
