best friend is crazy
I have this girlfriend who I've been friends with for about 13 years now. She is a really crazy, silly, rude, and sesitive person. She poops with the bathroom door wide open while you're hanging out at her house, she announces that she has diarrhea, and she is real sensitive about everything. Right now she is throwing a fit because her boyfriend was busy so she couldn't see him. Because of it she is going around saying she is ugly, incrediably sad, is crying her eyes out, and that she can't believe he didn't drop his plans so they could be spend time together. She does and says a zillion other things that boggles your mind. My other friends and I are wondering why we're even friends with her. Why do you guys think? -
Yeah, she just sounds like a drama queen, an attention hog type of gal who is probably a bit spoiled and been raised to think her poop doesn't stink....literally.
Doesn't mean she's a bad kid. But if her friends don't like her behavior, they really need to stop feeding into it and enabling it.Comment

Drama Queen who is immature, impolite and rude.
I'd tell her to straighten up and change her ways!
Doesn't really sound like much of a friend to me.Comment

You must have become friends with her for a reason. Do her good qualities outweigh the bad? If yes, perhaps distance is in order - be friends, but only casually, only spend time together in environments where you know you two will have a great time. If she gets too dramatic, cut the socializing short and leave. This is how I handle my fun, crazy, silly, but way overly dramatic girlfiends. Small doses.
But, as it seems in your post, if the bad outweighs the good, cut your loses and stop being friends. There are billions of people in this world, so why waste time with someone who will just drain your energy with frivolous hissy fits constantly?Comment

Drain your energy, exactly.
I don't think it matters really does it, as to what type of person she is?
We are all individuals... I believe you accept people for who they are full stop..
However, I also believe that you don't associate yourself with negative people, they will only bring you down with them...
Does not mean you can't be a "friend" persay, but a distant one and it doesn't mean you don't accept them, rather, you don't accept that negative energy in your life.
I don't know how old you are but 13 years suggests childhood... Now she's an Adult but still acting like a child, you've grown and so you've grown out of that type of acceptance of behaviour....
It's life...

Want to know something crazy this friend said? She said that her boyfriend is well endowed because when he pees it sounds loud. Want to know something rude? Last year for her birthday I warned her ahead of time that I might not have any money to get her a gift. As it turned out I was broke so all I got her was greeting card. When I asked whether or not she received it she said, "I guess you couldn't afford to get me nothing." She didn't even thank me.Comment
