    will this go on forever?

hello everyone. it is nice to be back on WH.
I have an issue that is of deep concern to me. i broke up with my ex about a year ago. we had issues that i dont even understand even what went wrong anymore. we have a 2 -year-old baby girl and he has been supportive.the thing is, i still love him to the point that it hurts. i really want to stop loving him but it seem so impossible.am even scared it will affect my own marriage when i eventually get married...i will be seeing him soon and am so scared we might make love which sound so stupid...Iknow i really nid to move on or win him back but i just dont know or understand him again.pls i will appreciate every advice i can get.

hi there, perhaps you should sit him down and ask if he feels the same way..maybe everything happened too fast
and you just need to let him in on how you handling the situation..you also have a baby girl together so all the more reason to try and work things out...best wishes and good luck swedy

With a baby girl that is both of yours, you are going to come back in contact with him often. You will not have space nor time to help the feelings go away. Can you give some of the details as to why things went off track?
