I have an issue that is of deep concern to me. i broke up with my ex about a year ago. we had issues that i dont even understand even what went wrong anymore. we have a 2 -year-old baby girl and he has been supportive.the thing is, i still love him to the point that it hurts. i really want to stop loving him but it seem so impossible.am even scared it will affect my own marriage when i eventually get married...i will be seeing him soon and am so scared we might make love which sound so stupid...Iknow i really nid to move on or win him back but i just dont know or understand him again.pls i will appreciate every advice i can get.

With a baby girl that is both of yours, you are going to come back in contact with him often. You will not have space nor time to help the feelings go away.
