My husband's flirting
I'm new here and i'm in the same situation, my husband is a flirt, i would normally catch him flirting in social networks, sms and anywhere. Then he would always tell me that he is not cheating, he is just flirting. I'm sick and tired of this coz when one time i was assigned for an overseas training by my company, due to quarreling he send me his pic and the girl pic, he was so drunk that he sent it. Then when i confronted him when he is already sober, he is telling me he just made up the pic for me to get angry he said that they are not together when that pic was taken. His excuse is that i have no proof that he is together with the girl eventhough they have same background, he dares me to prove it because he said all his flirting are just online and sms...this situation is so depressing, coz he dun want to divorce me but he keeps on doing all this things. what do i need to do? is it acceptable in the court if the husband's admitting he is flirting? on what ground i can file divorce?thanks... -
Hi Coldheartazil, welcome to the Forum.
I moved your post as you posted on an old thread and the OP has not returned.
Emotional affairs... Comes to mind, as well as down right calous by sending that photo whether he was drunk or not.
As I am in Australia I am not sure of the "laws" from where you come from but I am pretty sure the only reason you need is that neither of you can work out your marriage together as to the vowls that you made, the fact he won't stop and you want him to means "you can not work it out in agreement"...
I am sure you will receive other answer as well...PUT A LITTLE 'LIKE' IN MY SOUL! -
What country are you in? In the US, you could file a no-fault divorce. Unless you can prove corporeal infidelity, it would be difficult to file any other way and expect to win.
Nature gives us shapeless shapes,
Clouds and waves and flame,
But human expectation is that love remains the same,
And when it doesn’t, we point our fingers and blame.
Register|Contact Admin|Email Admin
Comment

This is confusing being Aussie. There is no such thing as "at fault" divorce here anymore, not since the 1970's! Why do there have to be extreme reasons? If u want a divorce, separate then go from there, surely him daring u to prove him wrong and u being unhappy with his actions/responses could be defined as irreconcilable differences. What a doucheIf I knew where I was going I would already be there
I wish I had more time. Judicious, beautiful, augmented, whatever.
