outrageous story
This story I am about to tell you guys is so outrageous its hard to believe. I have this male friend who says his wife let him have sex with her best friend in their own bed while she took care of her friend's kid. He says the reason why she let him do it is because she feels secure enough in their relationship, that she trusts her friend, and that she did it as a favor because the friend's husband hasn't touched her in a while. To me this is bull. Another outrageous story he told was that the wildest place he had sex was in a U-haul truck while driving down the interstate. I also think this is bull because I don't know how he could have done it. What do you guys think? -
Is he the type of guy to make stories up, for attention? Or is he trying to flirt with you in a really creepy way?
I think the first story would be quite easy to confirm - just ask his wife if it really happened. There are lots of couples in an open relationship, they could be one of them. The second story.. did he say he was driving himself while having sex or was someone else driving and he was in the back?
Either way... I wonder what this guy's motives are for telling you this stuff. -
He sounds boastful, but he could be telling the truth. For the first one, he shouldn't kiss and tell, especially if it could get back to his wife and have her lose some of her reputation. What did he mean by sex? Face to face intercourse or what?I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.
...
Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?
From a speech by Patrick Henry on March 23, 1775 at St. John's Church, Richmond, VirginiaComment

Something I've noticed works with these attention-seeking types (there are a lot of them online, so in running this forum I've met quite a few) is to act like their story is not outrageous at all, as long as what they're doing isn't immediately harming anybody.
I'd also question why he's intent on kissing and telling to you, especially something so delicate.<center><i>Nature gives us shapeless shapes,<br>Clouds and waves and flame,<br>But human expectation is that love remains the same,<br>And when it doesn’t, we point our fingers and blame.</i><br><a href="http://www.womens-health.com/boards/register.php">Register</a>|<a href="http://www.womens-health.com/boards/members/little.html">Contact Admin</a>|<a href="mailto:support*womens-health.com?subject=Forum Contact">Email Admin</a></center>Comment

Yeah, next time he tells you something borderline rediculous, act unphased. True or not true he's just trying to get a reaction from you or else he wouldn't bother telling you things like this. Dismiss it as if its no big deal so that he will have to come up with interesting conversation rather than just throwing things at you for shock value.Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.Comment
