Over a year and no sure anymore

My boyfriend and i have been together for over a year now. We live about 80 miles apart and see each other once every week or two. He was a virgin before we started dating. We didnt have sex until 6 months in. Before that we fooled around some. I dont have much expereince either, so ive found it hard to show him what I want because I dont really know. But after we had sex the first time he didnt want to do it again for another two months. He said he didnt want to get used to it and take it for granted. It was nice at first, because there was the love in it. But every time we were together, I wanted it. And he could tell, but just wanted a handjob or something. And lately its felt like he just does it to make me happy, but hes not very into it. It feels impersonal, and doesnt even try to get me off. Or he will come in seconds or not at all. I feel very unsatisfied. And not only that, but ive talked about trying to live closer together and hes just doesnt want to compromise. He doesnt believe in living together before marriage either. And I think its deeper than the religion. He wanted to hide from his family that we sleep together, or in my bed when he visits. Not that its their business, but we goes out of his way to create this illusion that we are abstinent. Hes agreed lately that thats not fair to me. But it just feels like everything is piling up. I do love him, and he has a good heart. But I dont know where this is going. But the thought of not being with him is so scary. Hes very sweet, he writes me love letters, and gives me flowers, says i love you, and tells me im beautiful. Best a mans ever treated me. Should I be ok with how things are, and hope they improve with time? Are my worries even that important all things considered. I just feel sooooo confused.

Probably he was considering his religion as well. Does his parents know about you? Maybe he is not yet ready as well that you'll live together. As long as he makes you feel loved aside from the lack of physical desire, I guess you better be contented with that for now.
