What to do feel like a fool

I have been in an off and on again relationship with this man for three years. I love him dearly and I know he loves me but he keeps running back and fourth between me and this other women who has cut him and busted his head and even tried to get him to go to jail. When that stuff happens he comes to me and like a fool I let him back in. When I get my number changed he comes to my place of work by my home and even will ride up on my friends and I saying how much he needs me. This has been such a emotional ride I dont know what to do
    HELP PLEASE

You mean nothing to this man. You are a surrogate.
When the woman he loves runs him, he comes to you.
When she calls him, he leaves you.
    You do not exist.

Until you cut him loose forever. Run him, refuse
to let him use you, he will.

      I agree with Kaylar.

Let him keep going back and getting his head busted by the other woman.
Let him keep going back and getting cut by her, too.

See to it that you're not the one bandaging up his wounds.
Refer him to the EMS when all this happens.

He is using you because he knows that you are an easy target, because he knows that you'll take him back everytime. I was in a relationship about 3 or 4 years ago when I was younger. I constantly let the guy back in, and one day it dawned on me, "Wait a second, what the hell am I doing to myself?" It sucked, the constant up and down emotional roller coaster ride. You don't deserve that at all. I thought that I wasn't going to find another relationship and about a year later, I met the most amazing guy for me, and we'll be living together next year until we establish ourselves enough to get married.
Bottom Line: Don't let him take advantage of you. You don't deserve it, and its up to you to not let him step all over you.

          he won't change

I have been in a similar situation for over 2 years and I have finally decided I'm going to walk away.. If this man doesn't want you and only you then he isn't worth it. You should find someone who loves and respects you.
