    Husband leaving for another women

Hello, I need some serious advise, please don't tell me to get a hobby. I've been married almost 12 yrs, I thought I had a great marriage. I gave my husband freedom to hangout with his friends, I never checked on him, I never questioned him. We were not having sex as much, but that's cause he wasn't that good at it. So 2 wks before Christmas after he got off work he text me and said he was leaving me and staying at a buddy house from work. Well I did what every crazy women would do when they get hit with this, having NO clue he was unhappy. I called a cussed at him. Anyways he came got his belongings, about week later he called said can he come home, I said yes, we talked about sex, how boring our marriage had got, and we agreed to work things out. Oh and he would never talk to this women again. And it's been amazing, we were having sex like 3 times a day, laughing, cuddling everything was wonderful. Until Jan 7th. I woke up and open my ipad and it had the court facilitator for family court on there. I freaked out. I asked him about it, he said your crazy I'm looking up my tickets for court next week. I knew he was living but I had to prove it. So he left for work and I look at his phone bill and there it was, he had been talking to her since the 7th. So I called him, he said its his friend, and yes he was looking at getting a divorce. He felt trapped. So I'm in total shock again. I think the chick told him he had to get a divorce. I don't know what to do. I told him not to come home last night. I've not talked to him. Oh then he had the nerve to tell me he was getting his stuff. Oh I've. Not worked in 7 yrs. and he left me and our son not 1 cent. Please help me. I don't know what to do

If you can prove cheating, the courts will side with you. And he has to take care of his son and if you haven't worked in 7 years, they'll demand alimony for you and child support for the child.

What you wrote makes me very sad to know that after 12 years, he has cheated and now leaving you and your son. I only wish I had some answers for you. Have you talked to a lawyer or counselor about this? (removed advertisement) Sorry for what you are going through and I hope your family and friends will be able to provide you some emotional support. You're in my prayers!

If you cannot really work things out since you have tried doing it, then you better pick yourself up. Anyway, if he gets a divorce he still need to support you and your kid. You have to get a life of your own with your kid.

Is there somewhere you can go until you get things figured out? Friends or relatives?
