You are trying to distill something as complex as every woman is different into a few answers. My answer would be: "beats me."I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?
From a speech by Patrick Henry on March 23, 1775 at St. John's Church, Richmond, Virginia -
It really depends on the woman. Each woman has her own particular case. What might (and I really want to emphasize the word might here) help is if you specified which "type" of woman you are interested in attracting? I also think that half of the time, women don't consciously realize what they are attracted to. I have many friends who list off a bunch of traits they claim to like, yet they end up with men who have none of those traits!Comment

I don't think there is a particular type of woman. Some skinny girls are cute, some thick girls are. Some short, petite girls...some tall. Some tan brunettes, some pale blondes. Some with large breasts, some with small. Some with long hair, some with short.
If I made a list like your girlfriends, I'd prolly wind up with someone exactly the opposite too. Therefore no lists!Comment

Well I was thinking more like personality than just looks haha. I personally feel the best way to have a happy, healthy relationship is that the people in the relationship share the same deep beliefs. When I say deep beliefs, I usually feel like the same general ideas in politics and religion and stuff like that. If your long term goal is to find someone to spend the rest of your life with, the best way to succeed is that you want the same things in life. It is hard to make a relationship work if your idea of a perfect life doesn't match your partner's.
Now if you're just looking for a fun, simple relationship just to experience dating then I would say that's a whole different story.Comment

What different kinds of personalities are there?
Definitely not one of those women who are prone to anger (although good looking women look even more attractive when they're ****ed with their brows furrowed, and nostrils flaring, lol). Not someone ditzy either, even if they're really smart and just sound or look ditzy. And not someone annoying, lol. Other than that, there is no real type.Comment

Haha well I am pretty sure most people would agree that they don't want to date someone who is annoying! I wish there was a way to make you a survey and have girls fill them out for you! Then you'd be able to see the things that seem most common in women's interest. Even though I am a woman myself, I find women to be so incredibly confusing and I relate to guys way more than I do to girls!
I think more than anything, you should be yourself. Have good hygiene! I am pretty sure that is something that all women are attracted to.
I personally find it attractive when guys are shy, but aren't so shy that they ignore you because that would make it impossible to even befriend the person. But I also know a lot of girls who hate it when guys are shy. Some girls really like confident, outgoing guys who seem really comfortable in everything they do. I personally just find it so attractive when guys are socially awkward, but try to be social anyway because they like you that much.
Also, nice girls like to be treated as such, so it helps to be polite and a true gentleman. A very common complaint I hear from women is guys lacking common courtesy. I have come across so many guys who somehow think that they are more likely to get a girl to be attracted to him by making the girl feel bad about herself, but I personally think that is wrong. I am sure there are some girls out there who respond to that kind of behavior, but I am pretty sure a girl would be more responsive if you were simply nice to her, make her feel good about herself (but don't be creepy. There's a fine line between nice and creepy sometimes haha).
I hope this is helpful in some way?Comment

A-DUB: rather than trying hard to attract women (which paradoxically puts them off, the harder you try to be what they purport/say/think/believe they want the less attractive you become) you need to develop a sense of identity and (at least set of, 'en route' this is usually a good start) endeavor to become the kind of man women want, as opposed to a man who wants women to want him, if that makes sense?
We mentored a young guy on another website much like you up to losing his virginity, so if you're interested in following the instructions/personal development plan that another guy produced for him (I cannot take credit for it) I can dig it out and we can start a new thread for you to work through it. It was pretty cool and I did a lot of the exercises myself and benefitted from them. The guy who designed it mentors young men, especially ex offenders and underprivileged youngsters from inner city environments who need to develop their self esteem while cultivating a sense of purpose and identity - good stuff. No matter how objective we try to be, we all see through our own eyes...Comment
