My situation is bit different that I've been having a 3 some, but wmw. I was never for it, but without making it long and repeating details, if you know the person well it will make things complicated. It can create some level of attachment as it did for me. Also, once you open that door, there could be temptation to exclude your husband next time.
I would be careful and thread lightly, and think it through... How strong is your marriage? Also you need to discuss your details with your husband.
