    Friend injured. Need suggestions??

    Hey all,
It's been 1 week that my friend is being hospitalised. Last week she met with an accident when she was crossing the road. Doctors said that she had broken her spinal cord. She is scared of injections and all other stuffs. I'm worried about her don't know what to do. Doctors said that she needs complete bed rest for 1 month then only she will be able to recover fast. My neighbour suggested me to hire a lawyer so that she gets the compensation amount and she can cover all her expenses. They suggested Campisi Law ,but I'm confused and since It's my first time I'm going to hire a lawyer I need advise whether this would be a good option or not.

Hi juval11. You may not post outbound links on WH. I have removed it from your post. Please understand that spam or soliciting is not permitted here.
It seems that a broken spinal cord would require more than one month of bed rest.

If you're friend is trying to get better focus on quality doctors vs lawyers.

Have you hired a lawyer? How it worked? Hope the matter is solved till now. My friend also faced such situation and somebody told him that we need to hire a personal injury lawyer. Lawyers are able to abide by all the rules of that particular country. They help you to get the compensation. You could try here to gather more information in the future.

            juval11,

Firstly, your friend's health and prayed for complete recovery without permanent injury is most important. Your first thoughts ought to be of her comfort and recovery.

There is no indication who's at fault. It might be your friend caused the accident.

You're not going to hire a lawyer. You're not a party to your friend's injury. Only the injured party can contract with a lawyer.

Were it me, I'd not become involved in any potential legal aspect. Let your friend take care of it.
