I think there are 4 things going on here.

      1. His watching porn. There has been so much discussion on this that all I'll say is that opinions vary a LOT over whether this is OK or not. I don't think the type of porn (as long as it is legal) makes much difference.

      2. His hiring young attractive women. This might mean something, but it might be coincidence. There is a Starbucks that I to regularly that had 2 absolutely beautiful young women working there. Eventually they left (one at a time) and were replaced by more average looking staff.

      3. His having an affair. If he is, this is wrong, regardless of excuses, but I don't see any clear evidence that he is.

      4. Her deciding not to sleep with him - I think this will just increase the tension in the situation.

Well, it all boils down to communication. If his behavior is bothering his wife to the point of not wanting to have a sexual relationship then then need to communicate and come to an understanding or compromise. If he is unwilling to change his behavior, regardless of how it is making his wife feel, then if she no longer wants to have sex, that's her choice. They will just both have to live with the consequences of their actions. As long as they both know how they are making one another feel.
