Divorce hurts!!!!
I don't even know what to say. In the movie Under the Tuscan Sun, the lady said that 'it should kill you if your husband tells you he never loved you, a divorce should kill you. But it doesn't.' And it is so true. It should kill you. Oh, I wish it did!! Going on without the man you love with your whole heart... I don't know how I am going to do it. I just don't know. "Life goes on, it will get better, you will find someone else..." yada yada yada.... I just wish there was a medicine on the market to take the pain away. Really, divorce is worse than death. -
Divorce does hurt and it might still hurt after a long time and your right people telling you, you will be okay, you will find someone else does not erase the pain. It will take time to heal maybe lots of time but every day can bring new possibilities and although your heart is now broken don't ever let it get damaged. Only you have that power over your heart. -
I know what you mean! I am going through that myself. Husband just decided he wasn't happy anymore and he wanted to go live the single life. We have been together 4 years and would have been married 2 years this coming monday. He has begun moving out and it's very tough. How can the person that you consider your best friend and who promises you the world do something like this to you?
I understand what mean about everyone saying you will find someone else and the pain slowly goes away. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't, who knows?!?
I think ultimately it will be for the best, keep your head up and keep talking it out..it works for me!
Good Luck!Comment
