You might want to think about getting into some counseling. You need to learn about emotional awareness.

We learn to manage our feelings as we grow older (think about 3 year old throwing tantrums over a toy in the store). We can feel, but we can THINK too - these two processes can cohabitate in our minds. Do we always act on exactly what we feel at every moment? No. Because as we mature, we learn to think about the emotions we feel, determine if they are appropriate, and then act in the best possible manner for ourselves.

Apply this to your situation (either your marriage or your feelings for your uncle). And if you have trouble doing so, then work with a professional who can teach you these skills.
