have i fallen out of love with him?

Ok, so I have a big problem I would really appreciate your help with.

I am a 22 year old girl and have been with my boyfriend for 4 and a half years. We have lived together pretty much the whole time and I would say that I was very happy until Sam came alone. I work with Same and recently he started paying me attention. After texting and stuff we realised that we get on really well and share the same views on pretty much everything in life.

I love my boyfriend, Pete a lot, but for some reason when Pete was out I invited Same back to mine and we cooked dinner. After that it all went wrong. Sam and I ended up seeing each other every day and we have since had sex a few times. All this has happened over the course of 3 weeks.

It has made me question my relationship with Pete. I thought that Pete and I were forever. I know that he loves me so much and I thought I loved him too. I see myself with him in the future, or did until Sam. Sex with Pete is boring and only happens once a week or so. Sex with Sam is explosive and fun and I feel alive when I am with him.

I am considering leaving Pete, but I think that it might not work out with Sam. Should I come clean?

I am so confused. I want to cry as I am torn between someone who I love and someone who makes me feel so alive and excited. Have things with Pete naturally come to a close and is this why I have cheated on him?

    Please help…

Jess, I am going to suggest that people read your posts 2009...

It's not for "some reason" something has been missing in your life and you chose the forbidden fruit..

There are alot of things that aren't right with you and your boyfriend, but you should have if I can say, try to resolve those issues, work towards it, communicate, talk, get it straight and if not, if it couldn't be resovled walked..

Your crying in my opinion because you chose to get what you were missing, whilst in a relationship and you still have feelings.

Your in denial.. You haven't been happy for along time, you haven't been able to solve the problems.... You want what all women want, but in that, you have what you believe love from Pete and exciting sex from the new guy...

I personally think no one has replied because how can we say you cheated and how do we give you an opinion on what to do now?

It will hurt him if you tell..

It will hurt him if you leave....

You cheated because he didn't fullfill your needs and then some other issues..

You were tempted and Sam was the man

If you think you should/could marry Pete? In my opinion your wrong... you couldn't work things out...

    I hate lies...

    But I hate hurting people.

    So I can't advise...

But you can't as we say to the men here, have your cake and eat it...

You can't sleep with both or be with both, make your decision..

As for telling, IDK, at some stage you have to, relationships aren't built on lies...For now I would say no but it's one or the other.

you need to talk to sam about your feelings. tell him not to tell pete

if you really arent happy with pete then tell him, talk to him about your issue.

come clean to him about what happened between you and sam.. the worst thing is he could find out from someone else and not you.

it would hurt you and him so much more!

the best thing you can do is go somewhere quiet, a place you may have been before..

somewhere you can think, thats the best you can do.

      i hope this helps x
