He proposed on Saturday and we're very excited about it! I was caught completly offguard. We had discussed in the fall that we should start getting more serious about being married, but I didn't think much of it because he didn't say much after that.

Then BOOM! I'm holding a ring box and he's asking me to marry him. I'm very happy! Also kind of nervous.. I've never paid any attention to wedding stuff.. didn't care about my friend's wedding details, never thought about ANYTHING having to do with my own wedding.. so I'm kind of lost on everything. Luckily, since I'm one of that last of my friends to get married, I have a whole gaggle of girls who have offered to help me plan and walk me through the important stuff! Thank goodness for them, because I already threatened to elope (still in the back of my mind )

Congrats girl!!!! So excited for you!!!! I recommend Project Wedding (a forum) where you can get LOTS of wedding advice from others, see pics, blog, etc. Not only will you make lots of friends, but you'll get some incredible ideas. YAY FOR KMONTE!

I don't have any tips since I've never been married... but CONGRATS and I wish you all the best.

Maybe you should just relax and enjoy this for a few days and not worry about wedding plans. This is a joyous moment and you should savor it.
