As far as the visitation it's legally set, but he lost his paperwork and has to go on what she says until we get the copies back, hopefully soon. She's very temperamental so we do need paperwork to back us up, but also he needs to write down whenever she denies him a visit (3 in a row so far now) to use in court later.
