Hey everybody,
I was just wondering if anyone has seen the movie Fireproof and tried the Love Dare Book from the movie in their own marriages. I am thinking about trying this and wanted to see if anyone has had any success with this. Thanks:

I have tried it a couple of times, but have not managed to finish it. I'm not sure why. I think it would be best to have a friend of your gender (I'm assuming you're a woman?) who would like to do it with you so you can discuss what you did each day (unless the particular days dare is too private). I will say that the first time I tried it, my husband wanted to know why I was being so nice to him. That was like a slap in the face because I really didn't realize how much of our problems were being caused by me! Good luck with it; I don't think it could hurt your marriage so it's worth a try.

Yes, Im doing it currently and it's really interesting and eye opeaning. Do it and if it doesn't work the first time Continue as their is no time limit and no such thing as failure...

I'd seen the movie & almost bought the love dare book out shopping a couple of weeks ago. Since me & my husband are on thin ice right now, I thought it would help bring us closer & if nothing else, help me grow emotionally. I'll have to get it & see if that helps, don't see how it could hurt.
