mu hubby snores i don't know what to do i dont even sleep at all what should i do im tired of wakeing in every 5 sec its so loud rigth next to my freaking ear and know i have dark circles what should i freaking!!!!!!!! do.pleaz help me

what went wrong?

a couple of months ago my hubby was ignoring and neglecting me making me feel
less... for one part i dind know what was going on but them i understand he works full time and goes to school full time so maybe hes just tired who wouldent be well anyways i was feeling very lonely ,sad and mad at the same time and i wanted him to spend time with me so i told him and said we are spending time together were watching seinfield something that he enjoys but not me so i said why don't you call me and talk to me like you used to when we first started so i ask him do you have someone else cause if you do tell me know if im in the way because you probaly don't see it but you are hurting me by not spending time with me i talk to you and you ignore me it feel real bad when you do i give you full attention when you speak to me but u dont give it to me and u get mad when i don't so he kept doing this for a long time that i dind even ask for attention so one i was on my space uhh this guy send me a message telling me that im verry sexy and wants to get to know me so i told him im maried and he said ahh what a lucky *****r would it be okay if im your friend i said no i dont whant to have any problems with my man.but then at that time i was feelings wore destroyed that i just wanded someone to talk because my man wasent doing it so i sent him my sisters email i swered im my life that i dind want nothing with this guy just talking about why man are like this but we din't even talk at all that was the end of i came clean and told my boo about what i did and he starts yelling at me saying that he cosiders it cheating and told me if i want to i can go with him that hell take me with him and you know all that negative stuff and said to me i don't know if i could go on with this a told him since you consider this cheating wich i don't because i never met him never spoke to him or worse had sex with him so im still confused i have no contact with that dude the email was deleted is deleted and even my space is deleted wicth was the only way i had contact whit friends from elementry through high school so that he'll happy and even better about it so i told him wenever you want me to leave all live .so know that you wonderful people that spend the time to read my problem what do you guys think.

Reinstate your Myspace. Talk to your friends. The Myspace was not the problem.
Set your profile to "private" if it isn't already.
Now think hard about whether or not you did anything "wrong."

If you think you did, then you need to find a middle ground with your man. Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean he should disrespect you. Doesn't mean you should grovel at his feet and say "Whatever you want."

If you DON'T think what you did was wrong, then really tell him off. If you feel he's overreacting, tell him so. Again, try to find that middle ground ... but if you don't feel you did anything wrong, then it's going to be more take than give.

Either way you go, acknowledge that his feelings are hurt. Don't belittle his emotions. Respect him as you would want him to respect you. Also, look up symptoms of an abusive relationship on Google (I don't think we have a post about that here.) Cutting you away from your friends is a sign of possible future abuse.
Stand up for yourself.

I had the same problem! My hubby can wake himself up from his snoring. I had him use those Breatheright strips---they really helped him. There are a few OTC things he can try. Before those I had to be in bed and asleep before him or I wouldnt get a wink! Good Luck!

I had the same problem-- i wasn't sleeping either and i basically had to move to another bedroom if I wanted to sleep. It ended up that my husband went to the doctor who referred him to a sleep study-- he did that and discovered he had sleep apnea-- a potentially life threatening disorder where you stop breathing during the night. He was fitted with a CPAP machine and now he sleeps through the night-- breathes all night long and wakes up refreshed and not tired. ALSO, I sleep soundly in the same bed! Never thought that would happen!!!

I hear ya!! I make my husband wait until I've gone to sleep and have been asleep for at least a half hour before he can even think about coming to bed or he will wake me up with that snoring! It drives me crazy! I don't have any advice for you. Just letting you know that you aren't the only one elbowing in the middle of the night.

go to Wal-Mart and get ear plugs, believe me they work, all I do is put it in one ear so that if something happens I can still hear. Best $2.00 I have spent in a long time.
