Right girls ill start from the beginning, me an my boyfriend were being perfectly safe but the condom spilt an he came inside me. i got the morning after pill about 10 hours after, an then 5 days after that i got a brown discharge followed by 2 days of quite heavy bleeding, an my period was due yesterday an i'm very confused, was that my period or is my period just late can anyone help me out? i'm really worried. thanks girls.

The Plan B will make your period irregular according to the insert that comes with the pill. As long as you took it within 72hrs(i think) of intercourse you should be okay. If your really worried, wait week or so and take a test.

Im second guessing myself now about the 72hrs. Check the insert on that or go to the website. I do know your good taking it 10hrs later tho. Just follow the instructions.

yeah, thanks for that it helps to put my mind at ease.
i know its good up to 72 hours its just quite confusing, because i had the brown discharge an then 2 days of what was like period bleeding with mild cramping so i dont know whether that would make it later or whether that was the period any other opinions appreciated
