Gaining wait everywhere?
So, I've never been on birth control, but I hear that some types can make you gain weight. Is this also the reason people say their chests get bigger? Or is there birth control that just makes your chest bigger, not necessarily anywhere else?

personally i have been on the pill for almost 2 years now (Brenda and YAZ). When i found out that i would possinly gain weight i got very excited (im genetically very thin so gaining weight is a big thing for me) but sadly....no weight...nothing. If there is one that works in terms of weight gain feel free to let me know :P -
Every woman is a bit different when it comes to their reactions to birth control. I actually lost weight since I started on birth control, but that may be due to something else, I actually started noticing a bit of weight loss before I started on birth control. I think my metabolism shifted or something, I'm not complaining. :-)
My understanding is that for those women who do gain weight, it is not so much that you gain weight in the form of fat, but rather water weight. So you might feel a little thicker, but you have the same amount of fat, muscle, etc, as before.Comment
