I get cramping near my ovaries when I think I'm ovulating (I've never checked via any other method to be sure, but it's around that time of the month...). I've never been happier to feel it than last night when I was worried about my period coming!

I have to say that quitting the pill has been so nice... I can't believe I put up with it for so long!

Just sort of an update and wanting to check in and see how others are doing after going off the pill. It has been 1 mth and 2 days since totally going off hormonal BC. I have felt AMAZING this past mth. It's such a relief to feel good again. I have not had a period yet. I do experience some cramping now and then, but it never results in a period.

Areas of my body that were almost impossible to tone before, seem to be toning up nicely. (Lovehandles, tummy, lower abdomen). So far I haven't had any acne breakouts. Waking up in the morning is easier, maintaining energy levels through the day is SO much easier. Before, if I had a free minute I wanted to be on the couch. Now, like yesterday I had nothing I HAD to do, but I was busy ALL day long doing things because I felt good.

      Love it.
