I'm on Yasmin, me n my fiance notice a BIG difference in the way I talk.. I never have dirty talk initiated by me for the first months I was on the pill, and I realised I dont have any dirty minds or smth like that that could create my sexual drive. I too was on Yaz for a few months and definitely could barely get wet even with extended foreplay. My overall sex drive completely vanished. My libido was quite high before that, so it pretty much killed the sexual aspect of our relationship.

That would explain a LOT, because I feel so much worse coming off 6 years of BC than I did before I took it. Used to be that my hubby would touch me and sparks would fly. After a few months on the pill I was a mess and it just kept getting worse; we'd have sex once a month if I could stand to let him touch me, and we had to buy lube because my body just wasn't producing it.

Now I have the Paragard copper IUD and I noticed an increase in my libido after quitting the pill but it's nowhere near what it used to be. What are the possibilities we could sue for damages done by the pill? I'd go after those companies so fast...

Basically 0% chance. These companies use science to destroy any possibility for them to be sued. They are going to claim that it says exactly "may cause increase/decrease in sex drive" on their products...and they often do. So that is covered, then the science covers any part of hormonal receptors working exactly as they are designed to. So that part is also covered. Then there is the part of not everyone reacts the same which is verified by statistical data, so no prediction can be made and therefore it is 'buyer beware'. I guess the only thing they cannot legally be covered by is if you actually die or lose an organ or something drastic...but in those cases an extreme examination would be needed to 100% conclude that it was 100% the pill causing any problems and not what you had in your diet or another medication or the lifestyle a person had and so on. Legally big pharma companies are bulletproof but there are times when lawyers find sneaky loopholes.
